Manager, Twin Oaks

Romeo has been with Rote since 1995, and in that time, he’s worn just about every hat we’ve got from delivery driver to mechanic to manager. These days, he helps lead the Twin Oaks operation, working closely with Freddy to keep things running smoothly, both on the floor and behind the scenes.

Reliable and hands-on, Romeo handles a wide range of responsibilities from mechanical repairs and greenhouse maintenance to helping customers who come out to Twin Oaks for their plants. He’s often the one making sure they find what they need and that everything’s ready to go. Whether he’s fixing a heater, unjamming a cart, or tackling a last-minute issue, Romeo brings the kind of know-how that keeps the place running. He may not be front and center, but he’s the reason things stay on track.
